Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 13, 2026. By using this site you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Bionic Reader Converter provides a free, browser-based tool that formats text with bionic-reading-style bold fixation and exports HTML, Markdown, PNG, plain text, and print/PDF output. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the tool lawfully and to only convert content you have the right to use. You must not:
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer abuse, or overload the site.
- Upload or process unlawful, infringing, or harmful content through any connected service.
- Misrepresent the output as an endorsed or certified accessibility solution.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to text you convert. Because processing happens locally in your browser, we do not receive or store your content and claim no ownership over it. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to import, convert, and publish any third-party material.
4. No professional advice
Bionic reading is a reading aid, not medical, educational, or accessibility advice. Results vary by person and content. Nothing on this site creates a professional relationship.
5. Intellectual property
The site's design, code, and copy are owned by the site operator except where noted. Bionic Reading is a method by Renato Casutt; this is an independent converter not affiliated with or endorsed by Bionic Reading AG. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the tool, including data loss from cleared browser storage.
7. Changes & contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? Visit our Contact page and see the Privacy Policy.
